How long will my order take to process?

Your order is hand-painted with lots of love and packed with care. Our processing time for READY TO WEAR sets is <24 hours, while our MADE TO ORDER sets are processed within 10-15 business days.

*Please note that processing times are subjected to change during high-volume orders.

What are the shipping timeframes?

Delivery (Winnipeg) timeframe: <4 business days | (Canada): 2-6 business days

Delivery (US) timeframe: 10 business days

Express Delivery (Canada) timeframe: 1-3 business days | (US): 4-6 business days

How do I sign up for the loyalty program?

You must place at least 4 orders with me to be considered a regular. This does not include separate purchases of sizing kits or extras!

How does the loyalty program work?

Once you have placed your fourth order with us, I will provide you a loyalty card that has been hole punched to account for your orders. I will contact you after your 5th and 11th order and provide you with a discount code to use on your 6th and 12th order.

I lost my loyalty card! How can I get a replacement?

Please message me if you have lost your loyalty card and I will provide you a new one with your next order.

I need my order ASAP! How does the Rush My Order work?

Select the timeframe you would like your order to be processed in. For example, if you would prefer to have your order processed within 48 hours, please select that with your purchase.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE ABOUT RUSH ORDERS:

*If you have more than one set in your order, you must purchase a Rush My Order for each set.

*This does not include shipping timeframes! If you need your order even sooner, I offer express shipping.

*Weekend Rushes: Any order placed after 3PM CST on Friday to Sunday, 3PM CST is considered a rush order.

Are pressies reusable? How long do they last?

Yes! Pressies are perfect for both short and long term wear! You can get multiple wears out of them if they are taken care of and in good condition after removing them. Make sure to buff off dried glue inside and around the pressies to ensure a good hold for reusing. 

Like going to a nail tech/salon in person, each set is made with Apres' durable gel-x tips and multiple layers of gel polish. This will ensure that your pressies will not break even if you bang them the wrong way! The added bonus is you can remove and re-apply them whenever you'd like! 

What is the average wear time?

Wear time will depend on your prep and application process. If you quickly put them on, the wear time will be much shorter than if you were to take your time by prepping your natural nails beforehand. We suggest following the instructions provided with your order to get the longest wear time. 

     ☆ Hours: Nail tabs

     ☆ <7 days: Thin strip of glue + no prep

     ☆ 7-14 days: Prep method provided in instructions

Wear time will also depend on how rough you are during daily activities as well as how long you are in wet environments such as swimming, sitting in a bath/hot tub, washing dishes, etc. When your hands are in water for long periods of time, it will wear down the glue hold. 

☆ Pro tip: wear gloves when washing dishes and always carry your nail glue with you incase one pops off  ☆

How do I apply my pressies?

Start off my pushing back your cuticles with the cuticle pusher provided. If you have a cuticle remover, apply this to your cuticles or remove them with a cuticle cutter. Once you have completed that step, lightly buff your natural nail with the mini nail file provided or a nail buffer. Remove the dust and excess oil from your natural nail with the alcohol cleansing wipe provided (or wash your hands). Evenly coat your natural nail with nail glue. Be careful not to add too much or it will seep out the sides. Place the pressie as close to the cuticle bed as possible and press down firmly, holding for at least 10 seconds. This will ensure they stay on longer.

How do I remove my pressies?

PLEASE DO NOT RIP THEM OFF! This may ruin your pressie and definitely weaken your natural nail.

The removal process is very easy. Fill up a bowl big enough to place your finger tips in with warm soapy water. If you have cuticle oil, you may also put this around your nails. Soak your finger tips in the water for 15-20 minutes. The longer the wear time, the less time you will need to soak your finger tips as the nail glue is naturally worn down. After soaking, use your cuticle pusher to pry and wiggle off the pressies. If they do not come off easily, re-soak your finger tips until they pop off easily. Once your pressies are removed, you can lightly buff off any nail glue that may still be on your natural nails. Apply cuticle oil if you have. Store your pressies in the package they came in and keep them in a safe place for reusing!

You can find your nail sizes by measuring your nails or by purchasing a sizing kit.

     ☆ Measuring: follow the instructions below. When measuring, ensure your nails are in their natural state (no polish, press ons, gel extentions or acrylics) to get the most accurate measure.

     ☆ Sizing Kit: the easiest and most accurate way to find your nail sizes!

What if the pressies I order don't fit me?

I am not liable for any nails not fitting. Please measure carefully or purchase a sizing kit prior to ordering! You may order nail replacements to replace any nails that do not fit!

I received a damaged order. Can I have a refund?

If you have received a damaged order, photo verification is required within 24 hours of receiving your order to receive a replacement.

My nail broke after wearing. Can I get a replacement?

I'm sorry to hear that! I will replace up to 2 nails that have broke for free within one week of wearing. Proof of damage is required.

My order did not get here in time for when I needed them. I no longer want them. Can I return them?

We are not liable for any delays that may occur due to weather or other unforeseeable reasons. If you need your order before an event, vacation or holiday please order at least 5-6 weeks ahead of time to allow for processing and shipping timeframes.

The turnaround time for my order is taking too long. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. However, we do not accept cancelations after that due to your order may have partially been started.

My order is lost. What do I do?

Once your order is in the hands of a postal service, I am not liable for what happens during transportation (this includes damages or delays due to weather or customs).

*If you are within Canada and did not purchase shipping with a tracking number (letter mail) and your order hasn't shown up after weeks, it is lost or possibly returned back to me. In this case, I will NOT be redoing your order for free nor will I refund your order. It is your descression to choose shipping with a tracking number.

If you did purchase shipping with a tracking number and I can visibly see your order has not been delivered or returned back to me. I will redo your order and send it again.
