Shipping Damage or Delays

☆ Once Canada Post has possession of your order, we are no longer liable for any damage or delays that may occur. 


Damaged Orders

☆ If you have received a damaged order, photo verification is required within a week of receiving your order to receive a replacement. 

Delayed Orders

We are not liable of delays that may occur if you need your order before events, vacations or holidays. Contact us via Instagram: @prairiepressies if you are concerned about our processing and shipping timeframes.

I have not received my order yet!

☆ If you have not received your order within Winnipeg (2 weeks+) or within Canada (4 weeks+), a replacement will be sent with the option to switch your design for the same price amount.

Incorrect Address, Redirected to Original Sender

☆ If your order is sent back to us due to incorrect mailing address, receiver refusal, etc., you will be required to pay another shipping fee (via e-transfer), even if you originally received free shipping.
